Cannot log in to Lenovo SDI Management Platform

Refer to the following when you cannot log in to Lenovo SDI Management Platform:

  • Ensure that the password is correct and that the Caps Lock and Number Lock keys are not on.

  • Ensure that the user account is not locked. If it is locked, wait for the lockout period to expire and attempt to log in again. The default lockout period is 60 minutes.

  • If the host operating system shuts down unexpectedly, and you are now getting an authentication error, restore Lenovo SDI Management Platform from the last backup.
