Cannot access Lenovo SDI Management Platform

Refer to the following when you cannot connect to Lenovo SDI Management Platform:

  • If the host operating system shuts down unexpectedly, and you cannot connect to Lenovo SDI Management Platform, restore Lenovo SDI Management Platform from the last backup.
  • If it takes more than 30 minutes to load Lenovo SDI Management Platform when accessing it, there may be an IP address conflict between the current network environment and Lenovo SDI Management Platform (Lenovo SDI Management Platform uses 192.168.64.0/18 as its internal IP address by default). In this case, restart the Lenovo SDI Management Platform virtual machine and launch the virtual machine console. On the network configuration interface, select 3 (To select subnet for Lenovo XClarity virtual appliances internal network), then select an IP address that does not conflict with the current network environment, and save the configuration.
