Complete the following steps until the problem is solved:

  1. Review system specific jumper settings and identify security jumper located in the product guide.

    Note

    Before you change any switch settings or move any jumpers, turn off the server; then, disconnect all power cords and external cables.

  2. Confirm that the security jumper is present and in correct position.

  3. If problem persists, collect Service Data log.

  4. Contact Lenovo Support.
