Shelf ID conflict
Two or more shelves are using the same shelf identification number.
Recovery Steps
- Change the ID of one of the shelves that has the conflicting ID shown in the Details area. - Go to Hardware. 
- Locate one of the shelves that have the conflicting ID. One of the shelves with the conflicting shelf ID will have be moved to the bottom of the Hardware page. 
- Highlight the shelf ID located in the upper-left portion of the shelf. 
- Select Change ID. 
 
- Select Recheck to ensure the problem has been resolved.
