Delete a quick DR backup for an instance

Before you can delete a quick DR backup, you must disable quick DR backups.

Complete the following steps to delete a quick DR backup:

1. Log in to the ThinkAgile CP Cloud Controller as an infrastructure admin or VDC manager user.
2. Navigate to the details page for your application instance, and click the Backups tab.
3. Click the actions menu () for the quick DR backup to be deleted. Then click Delete > Quick DR backup.

4. On the Delete Quick DR Saved Backup confirmation dialog, click Delete.

   The quick DR backup might take a few minutes to delete. While it is being deleted a red x will appear next to the icon. When the quick DR backup has been deleted, the quick backup icon will no longer be bold for this application instance. Local backup or external backup copies are not affected.
