If the Full Height Riser (FHR) is not installed in the PEN, then the FHR needs to be installed in the PCIe Expansion Node (PEN) to remove this alert and allow the system to power on. If the FHR is installed, then remove the Compute Node and PEN from the chassis, and remove the FHR. Reinstall the FHR in the base planar in the PEN, and verify if this alert has been cleared. If this alert continues to occur, then replace the FHR. If after replacing the FHR, the alert continues to occur, then replace the base planar on the PEN.
