Drive locked – multiple drive security keys required

At least two drive security key identifiers do not match the storage array's security key identifier.

CAUTION
Electrostatic discharge can damage sensitive components

Always use proper antistatic protection when handling components. Touching components without using a proper ground may damage the equipment.

Recovery Steps​

  1. Manually collect support data from the storage array.

    1. Go to Support > Support Center. Then, select the Diagnostics tab.

    2. Select the Collect Support Data link to save the support data to a file.

  2. Contact your Technical Support Engineer using the information in the upper right-corner of the Support Center.
