  1. Clear TPM via TPM operation and retry TPM firmware update by following the instructions in your product's User Guide. Go to https://pubs.lenovo.com and click your product's link. Usually, the TPM update information is in “System board assembly replacement” section in “Hardware replacement procedures”.
  2. If the problem persists, collect Service Data logs and contact Lenovo Support. "
